Partner questions
Why is my commission lower than 15% of the order total?
The 15% is worked out on the order's value at fulfillment. A discount lowers it, including the one from your own code, and so does an item removed before shipping. Shipping and tax are not included.
When am I paid?
Each sale is pending for 12 days, then approved, then payable through the payout method you chose in the portal.
Can my rate be changed?
Rates and approvals are set by the partnerships team. Write to us and we will pass your request to them.
What happens if an order I referred is returned?
A returned or canceled order does not earn commission.
