How it works
Sign in and copy your link
Your personal link sits at the top of this page once you are signed in, with share buttons for text, email and social.
Your friend opens the link
The link must be opened before checking out, so the order connects back to you. Their welcome code is emailed to them.
They place a first order
The code takes $20 off a first order of $50 or more. It is one code per order and does not apply to sale items.
Your reward is released
The referral shows as pending first. Once the order clears the 10-day review window, your $20 is released on its own.

Can I share my link publicly?
Yes. Anyone who opens it and is new to Seravane gets the welcome discount on a first order, and each one who orders shows on your panel as its own referral.
My friend ordered two weeks ago and I have nothing.
Check the status on this page first. If the referral shows as cleared and no reward followed, that is a miss on our side; write to us and we will make it good.
Why did my friend's code not work?
Referral codes are one time, they can expire, and they will not apply alongside a sale item or another code. The welcome code is also checked against the shipping address, so it will not apply where a first order has already been sent.
Does my reward expire?
A reward issued as store credit does not expire. A reward issued as a code shows its terms in the email it arrives in.
Is this the same as the affiliate program?
No. Referral is for customers and pays a reward. The affiliate program is for creators and partners, pays a commission and has its own portal.
