We work with independent shops, skin studios, spas, pharmacies and a small number of hotels. Wholesale starts with the application on this page. Our wholesale team reviews each one, solo studios and online-only stores included, and replies in writing.
Pricing, minimums, payment terms and tax exemption are set by the wholesale team account by account once they know what you would stock, and they send them to you in writing. They are not published here, and nobody outside that team will quote you a price.

Terms in writing
If approved, you receive pricing, minimums and payment terms in writing, and a sign-in for the wholesale portal.
Order
Orders, invoices and delivery issues for wholesale accounts are handled on the account, through the wholesale portal.
The line sheet
The line sheet lists the whole range and every size, with the sets grouped together near the end and the travel sizes next to the full sizes of each product. It prints well for a counter. Pricing is not on the sheet.

Is there a minimum order?
Minimums are part of the terms the wholesale team sends once your application is approved.
Can you tell me the wholesale price before I apply?
No. Pricing comes from the wholesale team only, in writing, once they know what you would stock.

Unlocking a wholesale account is done on the wholesale team's side. Use the form on our Contact page, choose Wholesale and give the email on the account.
A wholesale delivery arrived damaged.
Damage on a wholesale delivery is settled on your wholesale account. Use the form on our Contact page, choose Wholesale and give the order number; the team replies with where to send photos.
I only want one or two for myself.
A single bottle goes through the regular checkout like any order. It has nothing to do with a wholesale account.
