Go to checkout
The code goes in the Gift card or discount code field on the checkout page, not on the cart page.
Paste the code
Paste it clean, with its dashes and no spaces before or after.
Pay any difference
Whatever the card does not cover is paid by another method. Whatever you do not spend stays on the card for next time.
Gift card questions
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes. Gift cards stack: enter each code in turn at checkout. They cannot be merged into a single code, and they do not need to be.
Can I use a gift card and a discount code together?
Yes. A gift card is a way to pay, not a discount, so it can be combined with the order's one discount code.
I lost my code. Can you send it again?
We re-send the code to the email address it was bought for. For your security we never type a gift card code into a chat.
I returned an order and received a gift card. Is that right?
Yes. On many returns resolved as credit, the value goes out as a gift card code by email. It is the same value, ready to spend, and you can give it to someone else.
Does a gift card expire?
A gift card is prepaid balance, so it does not lapse the way a promotional code does. Any terms that apply to your card are printed in its email. If a card has lapsed, write to us; reissuing or extending one is decided by our team.
Is a gift card the same as store credit?
They spend the same way, but store credit sits on your account and is yours to apply at signed-in checkout, while a gift card is a code anyone can enter.
