Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Seravane, Inc. (Seravane, we, us), a company based in Austin, Texas, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our store, place an order, contact us or otherwise interact with us.

This is a demonstration store operated by Razviel, and no orders are processed. The description below is the policy the store would operate under; in this demonstration no personal information is collected through the forms on this site, and anything you type stays in your own browser.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, account sign-in details, your birthday if you add it, messages you send us, reviews you write, and answers you give in the Routine Builder.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details such as the card type and the last four digits. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, items added to the cart, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information from others: delivery status from carriers, fraud signals from payment processors, and referral information when a friend shares a link with you.

If you tell us about your skin, a reaction to a product, a pregnancy or a medical condition, we use that information only to answer you, to record and investigate a product safety report, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising.

3. How we use information

  • To process and deliver orders, subscriptions, returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty claims.
  • To run your account, the rewards program, referrals and the membership.
  • To answer your questions, including through automated assistants that work from your order and our published policies, with our customer experience team taking the decisions that are theirs to take.
  • To send order and service messages, and marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep accounts secure.
  • To improve our products and our store, and to comply with the law.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We share it with service providers who act on our instructions: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, carriers, our returns, subscription, rewards, reviews and shipping protection providers, our customer support platform and the providers of the automated assistance used within it, email and messaging providers, and analytics providers. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies that are necessary to run the store, such as keeping your cart and keeping you signed in, and, with your consent where it is required, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals.

6. Marketing choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message, and from marketing text messages by replying STOP. Order and service messages are sent regardless, because you need them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, and to object to or limit certain uses, including targeted advertising. To make a request, use the form on our Contact page and choose A privacy request. We carry out a light identity check, log the request and respond within the time the law requires. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

Closing your account and deleting your data are two different requests. We will tell you which one is being carried out, and you may ask for either or both.

8. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including tax, accounting, product safety and legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure. We will never ask for your password or full card number by email, chat or message; if someone does, do not answer, and tell us.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

11. Children

Our store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or by a notice on the site.
