The Skin Circle, on Facebook
The Seravane Skin Circle is our main space: a Facebook group where members share routines, post progress and ask each other questions. Choose Join and answer the two quick join questions. The community team approves each request by hand, so it is never instant.

The Discord, for live chat
The Seravane Discord is for everyday conversation, and launches are announced there before anywhere else. The invite lets you straight in, with no approval step: open Discord, choose the plus sign to add a server, pick Join a Server and paste the invite. Introductions go in the welcome channel.

- No diagnosing anyone's skin. Share what worked for you, not what someone else has.
- Before-and-afters belong in the Progress thread.
What the community is not
The group is not a support channel. If you have a problem with an order, write to us and we will solve it there. If you have had a reaction to a product, please stop using it and contact us directly rather than posting; reactions are handled by our product safety team first.
Community questions
My join request has been sitting for days.
Requests to the Facebook group are approved by hand. If yours has been waiting a while, write to us with the name on your profile and we will pass it to the community team.
The Discord invite says it is invalid or expired.
Invites are refreshed by the community team. Write to us and they will send a current one.
Is there a discount for joining?
No. Both spaces are free, and neither comes with a code.
I was removed from the group. Can I come back?
Removing or reinstating a member is the community team's decision. Write to us and we will pass your message to them with the context.
