Where does store credit come from?
From a return you chose to take as credit, a goodwill gesture from our team, a referral reward or the monthly membership credit.
My return credit arrived as a gift card email.
That is your return credit. On many returns the value goes out as a gift card code. It is the same value, and the code goes in the Gift card or discount code field at checkout.
My code is not recognized.
Codes are written with dashes, and checkout does not recognize them without the dashes. Paste the code exactly as it appears in the email.
I do not see my credit at checkout.
Make sure you are signed in to the account it was issued to. If it still does not show, write to us with the email on the account.
Can I turn store credit into a refund?
Credit you chose in place of a refund stays as credit. If something went wrong with how it was issued, write to us.
