What you can do here

| Skip the next order | Open the plan and choose Skip next order. |
| Pause for a while | Open the plan, choose Pause and pick the date to resume. The longest pause allowed shows when you pick the date. |
| Change how often it ships | Open the plan and change the delivery frequency. |
| Get the next order sooner | Choose Send now on the upcoming order. |
| Add or remove a product | Open the plan; Add a product and Remove sit on the same page. The change applies from your next delivery. |
| Update your card | Go to Payment details on the subscription and enter the new card. Never send card details by email or chat. |
| Change the address | Open the plan and edit the shipping address. It applies to orders not yet created. |
| Cancel | Open the plan and choose Cancel. It asks for a quick reason and then confirms on screen. |
Subscription questions
My payment failed but my card is fine.
If your bank issued a new card number, the plan still has the old one. Enter the new card under Payment details; the order retries and ships once the payment clears.
I canceled and was charged anyway.
A renewal that was already created when the cancel came in can still go through. Write to us: if it has not shipped we cancel it, and a charge after a confirmed cancellation is refunded in full.
My second order cost more than my first.
A first delivery sometimes carries a welcome rate, and later ones come through at the ongoing subscription price, which is the price shown on your plan.
I am on a prepaid plan. Can I cancel?
Canceling a prepaid plan stops it from renewing; the deliveries already paid for still ship. Whether unshipped deliveries are refunded is decided by our team.
Is this where I manage my membership?
No. The membership has its own portal. A product on a delivery schedule is a subscription; a fee with a renewal date and nothing shipping is the membership.
