These Terms of Service govern your use of the Seravane store and any purchase you make from Seravane, Inc. (Seravane, we, us), a company based in Austin, Texas. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
This is a demonstration store operated by Razviel, and no orders are processed. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, the checkout is disabled, and no payment is taken.
1. Who can use the store
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your account sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their ingredients, percentages and pH where stated. Colors, including sunscreen tints, may look different on your screen. Our products are cosmetics, and the Fluid Mineral SPF 46 is an over-the-counter sunscreen. None of them is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
3. Not medical advice
Product pages, the Routine Builder, the Journal and answers from our team or our automated assistant are general information about our products. They are not medical advice. We do not clear any product for use during pregnancy or with a medical condition or a prescription; please ask your doctor. Patch test new products, follow the directions on the carton, and stop using a product that irritates your skin.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change. Stock shown on the site is read live and is not reserved until an order is placed. We may limit quantities, and we may cancel an order placed at a price that was plainly an error, with a full refund.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable tax. The payment methods we accept are listed at checkout.
6. Discount codes, gift cards and store credit
- One discount code may be used per order, and codes do not apply to items that are already on sale.
- Gift cards are prepaid balance. Several may be used on one order, and they cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.
- Store credit does not expire, is held per currency, and applies at signed-in checkout.
- Codes, credit and gift cards obtained through fraud or in breach of a program's terms may be canceled.
7. Shipping, returns and subscriptions
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns, refunds, cancellations and the packaging warranty by our Refund Policy, and subscriptions by our Subscription Policy. Those policies are part of these terms.
8. Rewards, referrals and membership
The rewards program, the referral program and the paid membership are offered under the terms shown on their pages. Points have no cash value and are not transferable. We may change or end a program with reasonable notice; a membership period already paid for runs to its end.
9. Reviews and other content you submit
When you submit a review, a photo or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our store and products. You confirm that it is your own and that it is truthful. We check reviews before publishing and may decline content that is unrelated, abusive, contains personal information or makes medical claims. We do not pay for reviews.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store: no unlawful use, no attempts to interfere with the site or to access it by automated means without permission, no resale of products bought from this store without a wholesale account, and no abuse of promotions or programs.
11. Intellectual property
The Seravane name, logo, product names, text, images and design are owned by Seravane, Inc. or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
12. Disclaimers
Except for the warranties stated in our Refund Policy and any that cannot be excluded by law, the store and products are provided as is. We do not promise that a product will produce a particular result on your skin; individual results vary.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Seravane is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the place where you live.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless the consumer law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
