Your pre-order
When a product is offered ahead of its restock, you can pre-order it. A pre-order has no tracking until it ships; that is normal, and nothing is stuck or lost. This page shows the expected ship date on your order, the same date we would read to you.

The date is read from your order. We share a date only when it is confirmed, and we do not guess a delivery day on top of it; that part belongs to the carrier once it is moving.

The tracking number arrives by email the day the pre-order leaves Austin.

Pre-order questions
How is a pre-order charged?
A deposit is taken when you place the pre-order, and the balance, the price minus the deposit, is charged when it ships. You pay the price once.
My order has a pre-order item and in-stock items.
By default the order ships together. Whether the in-stock items can ship ahead is decided by our team; write to us and we will ask.
The ship date has passed and I have no tracking.
Write to us with the order number and we will look at the order itself.
A product is sold out and there is no pre-order.
Use the Notify me when back in stock option on the product page. It emails you the moment it is live. We do not share a restock date until it is confirmed.
