Seravane Membership
The membership is a recurring fee for perks: member pricing whenever you are signed in at checkout, free standard shipping on the tiers that include it, and a monthly store credit issued with each renewal. It is separate from the rewards program, which is free, and from subscriptions, which ship a product on a schedule.

Member pricing is yours to apply whenever you check out signed in; there is nothing to activate. The monthly credit shows as store credit at checkout rather than in a separate tab, and like all store credit it does not expire.
Manage your membership
- Sign in to your store account and choose Manage Membership, or use the link in your welcome or renewal email. Email links expire after a while; the account sign-in always works.
- You will see your next charge date, the perks on your tier and the option to skip a renewal.
- Skipping a renewal is self-serve. No fee is charged and no credit is issued for a skipped month.
- Canceling is not a button: our team handles it on request. Write to us and we stop it. Your perks run to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Membership questions
Is it worth it for me?
If you order every few months, probably not, and we would rather say so. It pays off for people who order most months.
I was charged a membership fee and thought I had only joined rewards.
The rewards program is free and never charges. A monthly charge that says membership is the paid membership. Write to us and we will look at when it started and stop it if you wish.
I am a member and was charged for shipping.
Free shipping comes with the Member Plus tier, not with every tier. Your portal lists your tier and exactly which perks come with it.
My member price or monthly credit did not apply.
Check that you were signed in at checkout. If you were, write to us with the order number and we will make it good as store credit.
Do I lose my points if I join or leave?
No. Points belong to the free rewards program and stay yours either way.
