Questions
Glycolic acid at 8% and lactic acid at 4%, a combined 12%, at pH 3.5, in a leave-on gel. It is the strongest thing Seravane sells, which is why it has the most explicit instructions.
Start at once a week. Some experienced users move to twice a week after a month or so, with at least two nights between. It is never for two nights running, and more often does not mean better results.
Retinoids, vitamin C and the 10% Mandelic Resurface. Use those on other nights. Niacinamide, the Ceramide Serum and the Barrier Repair Cream are fine alongside it.
No, it is a leave-on overnight gel. Cleanse as usual the next morning and apply sunscreen.
Whether it is suitable during pregnancy is something to confirm with your doctor or OB, since that depends on your situation rather than on the product alone. The published formula is glycolic acid 8% and lactic acid 4% at pH 3.5.
Stop using it and keep your routine to a mild cleanser and moisturizer until your skin is fully settled. If the redness, burning or swelling worsens or does not settle, see a professional, and please write to us so it is on record.

Normal, dull
Once a week on Sunday. Monday morning my skin looks smoother and more awake. I have not been tempted to do it more often because the label is so firm about it.

Combination, textured
I have used acids for years and this still tingles for a minute. Good results on rough patches along my jaw. One star off because the bottle makes it easy to dispense too much.

Dry, textured
After six weekly uses the texture on my forehead is much more even to the touch. I follow with the barrier cream every time.

Sensitive
The page says it is for experienced acid users and to start with the mandelic. I skipped that advice and my cheeks were red for two days. That is on me, but I want other people to actually read the instructions.

Oily
It tells you what not to mix it with, in plain words, on the carton. I wish every brand did that.

The gel stays a bit tacky until I put moisturizer over it. Results are worth it.

I expected flaking and got none. Just smoother skin the next morning.

The product is good. My complaint is that it has been sold out twice when I went to reorder. I signed up for the back-in-stock email, which did work.

Normal to dry
I use it once a week and my skin looks consistently smoother. I do not push it past that.
